By using the 2Zero app, using the website www.2zero.earth and visiting 2Zero's social media channels, you agree to these terms of use.
2. Download and Use of the app
2.1 Download of the app
The 2Zero app can be downloaded free of charge from both the Google Play Store and the App Store (Apple). The app may only be used for private purposes.
2.2 Technical requirements
Proper use of the app requires compatible hardware and software. It is recommended to use the latest versions of the required software (Android or iOS). Regular updates to your devices may be necessary. Using the app also requires internet access.We assume no liability for any damage to devices associated with the use of the app.
2.3 Content of the app
With 2Zero, users can calculate their personal CO₂ footprint. Suggested challenges or actions help to optimize the CO₂ footprint. Users can also join a community that offers initiatives such as climate challenges, teams, and additional challenges.We reserve the right to change the app at any time in a reasonable manner for the user, for example to further develop and improve it. This applies to both technical and content-related developments.
2.4 Username and Account Management
We reserve the right to change or delete usernames chosen by users if they violate our guidelines, are inappropriate, or infringe on the rights of third parties.
- Registered users will be informed by email whenever possible and given the opportunity to adjust their username.
- Anonyme Nutzer (without stored contact information) cannot be individually warned. In such cases, we reserve the right to change the name directly or restrict access.
- In cases of repeated or serious violations, we reserve further actions, including blocking or deleting the user account.
3. Website und Social Media
3.1 Website & Social Media Content
The website and the social media channels on Instagram and Facebook provide information about 2Zero as well as the participating project and cooperation partners. You can find current news and helpful tips on climate protection.
3.2 Respponsibility and Liability
We are responsible for the content on our website and social media channels in accordance with the general laws, particularly pursuant to Section 7 (1) of the German Telemedia Act (TMG). All content is created with due care and to the best of our knowledge.
Insofar as we refer to third-party websites via hyperlink on our internet pages, we cannot guarantee the ongoing up-to-dateness, accuracy, and completeness of the linked content, as this is outside our area of responsibility.
If content violates applicable law or is inappropriate, please inform us.
